About the Read My Lipstick Network
The Network originally came into being when the press started going after Sarah Palin. Some of our blogs were already going in full force supporting John McCain and / or conservative issues. Many of our blogs were rolled out, brand new, just for the Network.
As we blogged, we grew. We attracted a wide variety of bloggers writing about a broad spectrum of issues. Our blogs are maintained by Democrats, Independents, Libertarians, Republicans and those who aren't sure where they fall except they hold to the principles and values that have made our country the greatest in the world.
We teamed up with No Obama, with W.A.M. '08, McCain-Palin 2008, Hillary Supporters 4 McCain, Drill Here, Drill Now, American Sentinel, and many other great networks who were working in concert toward the same goals.
We've grown and we're still growing. We want to be the voice that is missed when you pick up the local newspapers or visit mainstream media websites.
Many of our members are promoting Sarah Palin to be our next President! Regardless of whether promoting Sarah as President is something you care to support, we invite you to join if you have a conservative blog. Our main goal is to take back our country and preserve the values that have made us the best country in the world to date. Before we can elect Sarah or any conservative, we have to lay the foundation that will allow any conservative candidate to have a chance!
The mainstream press is going to continue doing what they've done in the past, which is to try and tear down conservatives. We need a unified voice to counter the misinformation that will be broadcast.
