Old Fashioned Political Rally in Fayette County, Georgia
The crowds were out in force in this small county for Sarah Palin and John McCain. I was only there for about half an hour but people just kept coming! After the rally a large group took off to go knock on doors. The Fayette County Republican Party sponsored the Rally. They've had so many people signing up to volunteer they've been overwhelmed! The group had hot dogs, snacks, balloons for the kids and lots of fun. Local and state politicians showed up to give a "stump" speech before heading on to other events.
